I purchased a vehicle that was in an accident and was not disclosed this information nor was it on the car fax. the dealership sold me a car that had two doors replaced and the repairs were not done properly.
The day I purchased the car, I noticed the tail light was broke and paint was lifted from the right side back door. Apparently while detailing the car, their workers hit the car. I asked they fix immediately which did not occur. I left the car on a Monday and continuously checked on status of the car and got no one to respond to me.
finally I went to the dealership to find my car was not touched and demanded to speak to a manager. After almost 3 weeks I got the car back, filthy and with a horrible paint
job. I was disgusted with them so I took tue car to body man who discovered tue car was hit on the right side and the two doors was replaced. I was not told this and to top it off the body work was horribly done that tue two doors do not close properly and tue parts are not aligned properly.
the vehicle is 2021 and has all these issues that now I have to fix. I want to expose them because I work hard to purchase this vehicle and I received a vehicle that was not as they stated. If you can assist me with this. I truly appreciate.
I have to repaint and have the car dissembled to fix the damage it has to align the parts correctly so that the doors close and all parts are adjusted.

Preferred solution: The vehicle repainted and body of the car fixed properly. I got an estimate to paint vehicle $4500 and fix body of car is $6000

Went to nationwide Saturday July 10th. I was told that they do not cancel gap coverage on Saturdays.
Feel Taken Advantage Of!!! Hidden charges unaware of and not told of
I can now state that I was right out "lied" to!!! Believe if manager of this business can straight out lie to customer of help he will give that he can lie about the entire sale! Definately not at satisfied, very upset, and will not ever recommend this business to anyone; smooth talking sales reps who do not let you know real facts of purchasing a vehicle, and manager even smoother when trying to give info.
Sales rep did "not" inform me of excluded charges that would be added to the listing price. Unfortunately I did not see this on ad until manager told me to scroll all the way to the bottom.
Misleading ad!
Did not realize price of vehicle was $1790 more then until home as I had driven 2 hrs, waited 4 1/2 to sign paperwork that at this time was hurried along so I could leave by a really cool officer, turned over to manager who then turned over to general manager that did not return my calls.Feel like a fool who was taken advantage of. Sales rep did not do his job right and I'm the one to pay for it, not fair business- not good customer service!

Very Un-satisfied- Very Un-happy- Feel Taken Advantage Of!
Tried to talk with manager after a week of calls to him, drove nearly 2 hrs to receive help in person over mis-leading info of vehicle, poor sales info, hidden fees and un-fair customer service. Was to receive $300 gift card, and vehicle detailed (was not done at purchase); manager said card would be mailed as he could not issue one there, but after nearly 8 wks, we have heard nothing!!
Realized we had been taken again by sweet talking the price increase as we had understood the vehicle to be. They even used their own bank to finance at a much higher interest rate than we qualify for.
Truly not a business that I would recommend 'nor ever deal with again. Really upset from the dealership, sales rep and manager!!!
Hidden excluded fees (needed to scroll entirely down to see) not told by sales rep;nearly $2,00.00 extra financed; did not get best rate for an excellent creditor, no help or understanding; stopped returning my calls even when told general manager would do so, it's not all about the money, the sneaky way the extra charges were figured into the final loan!!! Even put nearly $5,000 down..

Feel taken advantage of- misleading ad & un-informed sales rep
2 hr drive to purchase vehicle from ad on net, didn't see the excluded fees, end up owing 32,619 including 4,399 down payment for a vehicle listed at 21,960! Don't understand where all the fees came from, sales man didn't inform of additional fees nor did he tell us of all the features the vehicle did NOT have. P-d off, disappointed and feel HAD.

Extra cost at closing We pay tax and for license plate plus other chargers. It was over Four Thousands that we pay up front and still the price was still over what Sales manager told us what we were going to paid

Don't go there
My mother and I went there on Jan 20, 2020. Told them we DID NOT want a brand-new car and that's what we ended up leaving with.
Chris Collins also DID NOT ask my mother if she wanted to be a co-signer and we NEVER test drove the car. We also left the lot with the car not being insured. If you are a woman-or elderly-DO NOT go there. They will take advantage of you and get you into a real mess.
This is the 2nd time Nationwide Nissan has taken advantage of us. Nationwide Nissan also does not care if you are satisfied or not with the purchase.
You tell them you are not satisfied and they do absolutely nothing to resolve it. We are just going to sell both car(s) to CarMax or Carvana and switch to Chevy or Jeep because of the miserable frustrating car buying experience with Nationwide Nissan.

Tripp off and inconsiderate
Less than a year ago, i purchased a jeep cherokee. I put down 7500 dollars and those money hungry sales people sold me a lemon.
Ive had numerous issues and get no assistance and tons of lies! Now my car has transmission issues, a dent that was never fixed as promised, locked tires with no keys, missed days from work, and the list goes on. Still trying to get help and im suffering bad! Like what the *** r they running there?
Going to get some legal help and sue the *** out of them for a number of reasons! Pure THEFT
Worst customer service!
Had an appointment at 10:45 am for an oil change. When I arrived the young gentlemen who took all the information was excellence.
After waiting and seeing other who came after me leave I asked about my car. They asked me who my advisor was and I told them I never talked to anyone, except for the gentlemen I dropped my car off with. I asked to speak with a manager and told her at this point I have been waiting for an oil change with a scheduled appointment for 10:45 and it is now 12:00. They said my car should be ready in another 15 to 20 mins which I still think is unacceptable!
It doesn't take an hour and half to do a simple oil change! Finally met the advisor who apologized and said it always takes an hour and half! I told her I have been coming to this Nissan for 5 years and has NEVER taken this long! What is the sense of an appointment?
She said she has worked there for 3 years and it always takes that long! That is just unacceptable!
It if always takes that long then why didn't she tell me when I got there, oh that right I didn't see an advisor until I complained! Dolores Sigwart

Nationwide Nissan - Oil Change Review
I am having the same issues with Nissan right now I was talked into buying the most expensive extended warranty I had on my service and oil changes done at Nissan my first oil change they left my oil plug out in my car was accidentally taken back and it was totally out of oil that wasent the first time .they also told me they fixed things and never fixed them .now that my car needs a new engine because of their tecs not doing their job correctly they don't want to put a new engine in my car Nationwide Nissan falsely advertises guaranteed engine for life and the extended warranty I purchased will not honor the wArrenty contract. This car has been a lemon since day one and Nissan has screwed my car up since they first layer hands on it.so after my car sits at Nissan for 3 months they give me my car back without a new engine and parts missing from my engine .there were pieces left unbolted.me and my son could have been killed or been in a very serious accident because of thier negligence . I am beyond I'm happy Nationwide Nissan and I don't recommend them to anyone.

You are right about that.Purcell is a lieing piece of *** who sold me a lemon and all this for life *** they avertise is total *** and their service sucks especially at the service center in timonium me this place lie to me and messed my car up terribly they say they're going to fix things and they don't fix it and now my car needs a new engine and this engine to Life's *** that they say is not true and they told me in to get a little warm too and now they're telling me that they can't put in a new engine that I have to pay for it . I will never buy another Nissan in my life and I would not recommend anyone to a Nissan or get any of your services at the Nissan Nationwide in Timonium Maryland

Horrible. Had appointment for an oil change.
Was greeted by a brusque, unfriendly woman who was really unhelpful. I asked if it were possible to address the fact that my year old Juke was bucking when I have the AC on and pull out from a parked position. She pointed to a booth and said 'wait in there' Ashley will be with you. After 15 minutes wait, I decided I didn't have the time and just wanted to have the oil change.
As I walked back to the woman, I heard another employee ask her "where's Ashley?" The woman answered, "She's in a meeting". !!!!!! I wonder how long I would have waited. Now I am here, 90 minutes later and still waiting for my car in a waiting room that doesn't even have a water fountain.
This is the first time I've bought a Nissan.
I've always had Toyotas, and I think I just might trade this in. At least the Toyota dealers have coffee, tea and water!!!
2008 Nissan Altima Car Review
I was not happy with Nationwide dealership at all. I Left their service department for another dealership which I am pleased with this service department.
My car is paid for and now the paint is coming off.
A 2008? Why?
